Who Are We?

Friends of Ray School PTO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to enriching the lives of every Ray student. Year-round, we proudly sponsor a wide variety of programs and experiences—cultural events, student activities, enrichment opportunities, and community celebrations—while also funding essential needs like classroom materials, recess supervision, after-school security, and even upgrades to our baseball field. Our work is powered by the commitment of families, neighbors, and community partners who come together to support our school.

Through exciting fundraisers like spirit wear and popcorn sales, our annual neighborhood appeal, the beloved Walk-a-thon, and concessions at the 57th Street Art Fair—we raise the resources that make these opportunities possible.
